Sessions are available online, or in-person sessions take place on an equestrian farm in Rheenendal, just outside Knysna and weather dependent.
Because the work relies primarily on sound, intention and perceptual attunement, it can be done effectively without being physically in the same space.
Sessions are one-to-one spaces where attentive listening and responsive sound are used to support the nervous system and allow patterns held in the body to begin reorganising.
I track what is happening in your system through perception, sensation, and subtle cues. From there my voice responds through tone, rhythm, and non-verbal vocal sound.
This interaction can help the nervous system settle and allow patterns held through tension, habit, or stress to begin shifting.
Nothing is imposed or directed. The work follows what naturally begins to move when a system is met with careful attention rather than pressure.
Alongside sound work, I also pay attention to dreams and patterns that appear through daily life and the natural world. Dreams, recurring themes, and interactions with the environment often reveal important information about what may be unfolding in a person’s system.
Human experience does not unfold in isolation. It moves within relationships with family history, environment, animals, and the living landscape around us.
Sessions support the body and nervous system to settle and reorganise, allowing movement where things may have become stuck, muted, or unclear.
People often come to this work when
• something in life is changing and old patterns are no longer working
• the body feels tense, overwhelmed, or stuck
• there is a sense that something deeper needs attention
• dreams or inner material are becoming more active
• they want a space where they can be met without interpretation or pressure
Sessions can support

Changes often continue to unfold after a session. These may appear through shifts in the body, dreams, emotional patterns, perception, or in how you relate to your life and environment.
The process is gradual and grounded in the body’s own capacity to reorganise.
You do not need to prepare anything for a session. You are simply invited to arrive as you are.
