Saturday Morning

Sound & Nature Journey

Ashgrove Equestrian Rheenendal | Group Gathering

This is a small group session held outdoors on an equestrian farm in Rheenendal, surrounded by the Forest, open skies and horses. It's a space to slow down, settle and reconnect with your inner Nature.

The morning will integrate gentle breathwork and awareness practices to bring the body and the mind into a regulated and present space. This helps to create the ideal conditions for deeper inner work and listening . We will explore our own voices through humming and soft toning, which supports connection and stillness within our being.

From there, I will guide you into an inner journey, a process where you enter into your inner landscape and meet what is relevant for you at this time. This may be an aspect of yourself, a spirit ally or an aspect of Nature who has something to communicate with or to teach you.

As we move through this process, I work with sound and my voice as a response to what is happening in the space. This includes melodies, tones, frequencies and vocal sound patterns, referred to as light language. The sound is not used to guide or control the experience, but to respond to it. It introduces signals that can support the body to settle more deeply and allow patterns held in the system to begin to shift or reorganise.

My work is rooted in relationship with nature and includes animal and nature communication. This means I pay attention not only to the individual, but also to the wider environment we are part of. This includes our dream space and sub-conscious worlds. The presence of the horses and the surrounding landscape forms part of the field we are working within and often, what arises in a person’s inner experience is connected to this wider relational space.

There will be ample time for stillness and integration before we return to a more alert state. For those who feel comfortable with it, I may offer brief individual sound responses within the group setting, as I am directed.

This is a space that is held with care, attention, and respect for each person’s process. There is no expectation to share, perform, or have a particular kind of experience. You are met as you are, and the work follows what is naturally ready to emerge or settle.

What the session can support

These sessions can support release of held tension or patterns, deeper self-awareness, and a stronger sense of connection to both your Self and the natural world. They are particularly useful during times of change, feelings of disconnect, when something feels stuck, or when there is a sense that something deeper needs attention.
